About the role

The Marketing Coordinator will support the Marketing Group Leader in driving client engagement, corporate events, and regional market intelligence. Based in Dammam, the role requires on‑site presence to manage day‑to‑day activities and ensure seamless execution of marketing initiatives across the GCC.

Key responsibilities

Manage tier‑one client relationships, coordinate regional meetings, keep the client database up‑to‑date, and oversee site gate‑pass administration.
Plan and execute corporate events, secure sponsorships, and arrange executive speaking engagements and webinars.
Monitor GCC projects and economic trends, preparing weekly or bi‑weekly leadership reports.
Organise business travel, including hotel and transport logistics, and manage the marketing department’s expenditure budget.

Required profile

5 to 10 years of proven experience in marketing, corporate events, or account management.
Strong communication abilities to interact with major clients and senior executives.
Willingness and ability to work on‑site in Dammam.
