Marketing Executive

About the role

We are looking for a passionate and dynamic Marketing Executive to support our Marketing & Communication team in delivering exceptional guest experiences. You will play a key role in organizing events, securing sponsorships, and promoting the hotel’s brand.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain an effective filing and administrative system for sponsorships and events.
• Identify, maintain, and target a database of potential sponsors for each event.
• Negotiate and close sponsorship agreements that generate revenue for the hotel.
• Prepare and manage all correspondence related to sponsorship proposals and negotiations.
• Coordinate with hotel departments to ensure sponsor branding is implemented as per contracts.
• Build and sustain relationships with local, national, and international media to maximize event coverage.
• Host media, strategic partners, and top clients at hotel functions.
• Assist in producing promotional materials and gather supporting data.
• Photograph internal, banquet, conference, and VIP functions.

Required profile

• Graduate in Advertising, Marketing, or Communication with relevant experience.
• Computer literate with strong written and verbal English skills; Arabic is a plus.
• Outgoing, vibrant, and innovative personality capable of working independently.
• Ability to promote brand image, maintain accurate documentation, and manage client records.
• Understanding of hotel operations and a customer‑focused mindset.
