Marketing Executive

About the role

The Marketing Executive will promote Marriott’s brand image both internally and externally, driving guest loyalty and revenue growth. This full‑time position is based on Ummahat Islands, Red Sea, Saudi Arabia, and focuses on sales techniques, upselling, and guest engagement.

Key responsibilities

• Promote brand awareness and maintain guest loyalty for Marriott properties.
• Identify upsell opportunities and sell enhancements to improve the Marriott experience.
• Encourage guests to purchase or schedule preview package tours and explain presentation details.
• Verify eligibility for preview package tours and schedule tours for Marriott Vacation Club properties.
• Provide complimentary gifts such as rewards points or show tickets to guests.
• Answer guest inquiries about property facilities and services.
• Accurately receive, record, and relay messages.
• Follow all company policies, maintain professional appearance, and protect confidential information.
• Welcome and acknowledge guests, anticipate service needs, and express genuine appreciation.
• Communicate clearly, prepare written documents accurately, and use proper telephone etiquette.
• Develop positive working relationships and support team goals.
• Comply with quality assurance standards and perform physical tasks such as lifting objects up to 10 lb.

Required profile

• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• No prior related work or supervisory experience required.
• Ability to lift, carry, push, pull, or place objects weighing up to 10 lb without assistance.
• Capability to stand, sit, or walk for extended periods.
• Willingness to follow company policies, maintain confidentiality, and present a clean, professional appearance.
