Marketing Executive

About the role

The Marketing Executive will support the planning, coordination and execution of branch‑level marketing campaigns and promotional activities. Acting as the primary marketing liaison for the branch, the role ensures that institutional strategies are localized and delivered effectively.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in designing and launching multi‑channel campaigns to boost student recruitment and brand visibility.
• Collaborate with the Digital Marketing Officer and Content & Social Media Specialist to localize digital content and social media posts.
• Represent the marketing team at branch events, community outreach programs and internal meetings.
• Support event planning, material preparation and brand consistency for local outreach initiatives.
• Conduct branch‑specific market research, provide data for performance reports and monitor competitor activity.
• Coordinate with vendors, manage branch marketing databases and support budgeting and invoicing processes.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or a Diploma in Applied Marketing.
• 2‑4+ years of experience in marketing coordination, campaign management or a related field, preferably in higher education or healthcare.
• Strong organizational abilities and capacity to manage multiple tasks in a fast‑paced environment.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Familiarity with CRM systems.
• Experience using email marketing platforms.
• Knowledge of social media management tools.
