Marketing & Growth Manager – Arabic Speaking Required

About the role

Dr. Scent, a leading fragrance solutions company, is expanding its presence in Saudi Arabia and seeks a results‑driven Marketing & Growth Manager. The role will shape the brand’s market strategy, lead high‑impact campaigns, and drive growth across digital, retail, e‑commerce and B2B channels.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute the annual marketing strategy for the Saudi market.
• Lead integrated campaigns across digital, retail, e‑commerce and B2B channels.
• Manage and develop a high‑performing marketing team.
• Oversee social media, content creation, branding, e‑commerce marketing and product launches.
• Build and maintain relationships with media partners, agencies, influencers and strategic partners.
• Monitor campaign performance, customer insights and market trends to optimise effectiveness.
• Manage the marketing budget and ensure efficient resource allocation.
• Coordinate with Sales, Retail, E‑commerce and other departments to support business growth.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications or a related field.
• Minimum 7 years of marketing experience, including at least 3 years in a managerial role.
• Experience in retail, fragrance, beauty, FMCG, lifestyle, luxury or e‑commerce industries is highly preferred.
• Fluency in English; Arabic is highly preferred.
