Marketing Manager – Cultural Projects & Museums

About the role

Samaya Investment Company is looking for a visionary Marketing Manager to lead the promotion of its cultural projects and museums in the holy cities of Makkah and Madinah. The role bridges cultural heritage with premium tourism services, aiming to attract both local visitors and international pilgrims.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and continuously optimise comprehensive marketing strategies for cultural projects and museums.
• Establish and maintain B2B partnerships with Hajj & Umrah companies, government entities, hotels, travel agencies and tour operators.
• Lead, mentor and inspire a high‑performing marketing team across multiple locations.
• Achieve ticket‑sales and service‑revenue targets through data‑driven decision making.
• Design visitor experiences, seasonal programmes and interactive initiatives to boost attendance and ROI.
• Create targeted campaigns for pilgrim segments, addressing language and cultural needs.
• Coordinate omnichannel marketing activities, ensuring alignment with cultural identity and brand values.
• Represent Samaya’s projects to corporate partners, hotel executives and government officials.

Required profile

• Proven experience in marketing leadership, preferably within cultural, tourism or hospitality sectors.
• Strong understanding of the Hajj, Umrah and international tourism markets.
• Excellent negotiation, presentation and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Ability to lead cross‑functional teams and drive results in a fast‑changing environment.
