About the role
The company is looking for an experienced Marketing Manager to lead the marketing strategy for its dental clinics in Riyadh. You will be responsible for strengthening brand presence, improving patient experience, and driving revenue growth through both digital and offline channels.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies for dental clinics.
- Plan, launch, and optimise digital and offline marketing campaigns.
- Analyse performance data and make data‑driven decisions to improve ROI.
- Lead and manage a multidisciplinary marketing team (design, content, media buying).
- Enhance patient experience and increase booking rates.
- Build and maintain a strong brand identity.
- Manage relationships with external agencies and partners.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities.
Required profile
- Minimum 5 years of marketing experience, with at least 2 years in the dental or broader medical field.
- Proven leadership and team‑management abilities.
- Strong analytical mindset with a focus on performance tracking.
- Demonstrated ability to achieve growth targets and improve key metrics.
