Marketing Manager – Healthcare

About the role

The Marketing Manager will lead the development and execution of marketing strategies for a hospital, focusing on patient engagement and brand awareness. This role works closely with sales, communications, clinical, and administrative teams to ensure all initiatives align with the hospital’s mission and vision.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement integrated marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels.
• Manage the hospital’s online presence, including social media platforms and website content.
• Analyze market trends, patient behavior, and competitor activity to identify growth opportunities.
• Coordinate with clinical and administrative teams to create patient‑centric content and promotional materials.
• Plan and execute events, promotions, and community outreach programs.
• Oversee external agencies and vendors, ensuring brand consistency and regulatory compliance.
• Monitor and report on marketing performance metrics, adjusting strategies as needed.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or a related field; advanced degree or certifications are a plus.
• Proven experience in developing marketing strategies and managing campaigns.
• Strong analytical abilities for market research, data interpretation, and performance reporting.
• Excellent organizational and project‑management skills with the ability to handle multiple initiatives.
• Effective interpersonal and communication skills for collaboration with clinical teams, leadership, and external partners.
• Ability to work on‑site in Riyadh with cultural sensitivity and knowledge of the local market.
• Fluency in English; Arabic proficiency is a strong asset.
