Marketing Manager – HORECA Sector

About the role

The Marketing Manager will lead all marketing activities for the HORECA (Hotel, Restaurant, Café) segment, ensuring the brand is positioned effectively and reaches the right audience. You will work closely with internal teams and external agencies to develop and execute integrated campaigns that drive visibility and growth.

Key responsibilities

• Manage relationships with creative, media agencies and third‑party stakeholders.
• Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor actions and customer preferences within HORECA.
• Develop and implement marketing strategies and campaigns tailored to the HORECA market.
• Plan and execute events, trade shows and sponsorships targeting HORECA customers.
• Oversee creation of print and digital marketing materials, ensuring brand consistency.
• Lead digital initiatives including social media, email marketing, SEO, SEM and online advertising.
• Identify and negotiate partnerships with key HORECA players.
• Analyse performance metrics, prepare reports for leadership and optimise future campaigns.
• Develop and manage budgets, monitoring expenses to stay within allocated limits.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business or a related field.
• 5‑7 years of marketing experience, with at least 2‑3 years in a managerial role, preferably in HORECA.
• Strong leadership, analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Creative mindset with a track record of delivering innovative campaigns.
