Marketing Manager – Hospitality

About the role

Join Hilton’s Hotels team as a Marketing Manager and help create memorable guest experiences through strategic brand initiatives. You will lead integrated campaigns, collaborate with sales and operations, and ensure every marketing effort reflects Hilton’s standards of hospitality.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns that align with business objectives and Hilton brand standards.
• Partner with Sales, Revenue, and Operations teams to create plans that drive demand, increase market share, and support revenue growth across all hotel segments.
• Oversee content creation, digital channels, social media, advertising agencies, vendors, and strategic partnerships, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget.
• Manage cross‑functional initiatives, analyze campaign performance, identify new opportunities, and provide leadership to achieve departmental and hotel‑wide goals.
