Marketing Manager

About the role

The Marketing Manager leads SATEL’s Marketing & Growth Division, reporting directly to the CEO. This senior position owns the performance of both the Brand & Content and Campaigns units, driving brand authority, demand generation, and owner acquisition for a residential community operator based in Riyadh.

Key responsibilities

• Own full‑division performance across Brand & Content and Campaigns.
• Approve every piece of content before publication and every campaign brief before spend.
• Build, coach, and manage a specialist team of content, social, visual, and paid‑media experts.
• Run weekly division reviews, document decisions, and align capacity with the Revenue Division.
• Allocate budget across platforms and make decisions above defined variance thresholds.
• Report monthly performance to the CEO, focusing on numbers first and narrative second.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of marketing experience, with at least 2 years leading a specialist team.
• Demonstrated full‑funnel ownership of both brand building and performance marketing.
• Experience in residential communities, hospitality, or other high‑trust sectors.
• Data‑driven mindset: daily monitoring of CPL, conversion, and engagement metrics.
• Ability to set standards, approve output quickly, and correct deviations without creating dependency.
• Proven track record of delivering qualified tenant and owner lead pipelines.
