Marketing Manager

About the role

The Marketing Manager will lead the planning and execution of integrated marketing strategies for real‑estate projects, guiding each initiative from pre‑launch preparation through launch and ongoing sales campaigns.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end marketing preparation and execution of project launches, including timelines, budgets, media plans and campaign objectives.
• Define positioning, value proposition, key messages, target audiences and competitive advantages in coordination with senior management.
• Coordinate with Development, Design, Sales, Commercial, Legal and other departments to gather accurate project information.
• Prepare detailed creative briefs and manage agency communication to ensure deliverables meet brand standards, timelines and budgets.
• Develop project branding – names, logos, visual identities, brand guidelines, campaign concepts and launch themes.
• Oversee production of marketing materials and sales collateral such as brochures, fact sheets, floor plans, payment plans, price lists, presentations, sales kits, FAQs, maps, signage and promotional items.
• Support the Sales team with presentations, digital assets and sales tools to generate leads and achieve sales targets.
