Marketing Manager

About the role

Determine customer needs and desires by specifying research to obtain market information, and recommend the scope and nature of present and future product lines through product requirement reviews and appraisal of new ideas.

Key responsibilities

• Executing overall marketing initiatives for assigned brands.
• Developing and executing promotion‑based tactics, launching and tracking them according to the marketing plan.
• Establishing unit and value sales forecasts and budgets, maintaining profitability.
• Allocating, monitoring and controlling promotion expenditures for assigned brands.
• Creating and managing brand information material, obtaining pre‑ and post‑production approvals.
• Maintaining comprehensive records of market data, sales history, promotional campaigns and competitive activity.
• Monitoring use of promotional material in the field together with the sales force.
• Preparing marketing documents such as plans, decisions, long‑range and product action plans.
• Evaluating new brand ideas, promotions and recommendations to top management.
• Recommending additions or deletions of product sizes and dosage forms based on sales and profit analysis.
• Preparing management reports as required.
• Briefing advertising and creative agencies on brand strategies and overseeing campaign execution.
• Developing sentiment analysis for digital campaigns.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business or Marketing (specialization in Marketing is a plus).
• 2–3+ years of experience in promotion and marketing initiatives.
