About the role

The Marketing Manager will lead the development and execution of strategic marketing initiatives for PATTIS' restaurant and catering division. This role ensures brand consistency, drives customer engagement, and supports business growth through innovative campaigns and digital tactics.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement annual marketing strategies aligned with corporate objectives.
• Manage brand identity, visual standards, and messaging across all channels.
• Oversee website content, SEO, SEM, email marketing, and online advertising.
• Develop and execute social media strategies on relevant platforms.
• Plan and launch marketing campaigns, promotions, and product launches.
• Conduct market research, analyze trends, and provide intelligence reports.
• Create marketing collateral such as brochures, videos, and presentations.
• Handle media relations, corporate communications, and event participation.
• Prepare and monitor the marketing budget, negotiate with vendors, and evaluate ROI.
• Lead, mentor, and coordinate the marketing team.
