Marketing Officer

About the role

English Path is looking for a proactive and creative Marketing Officer to drive local marketing initiatives for its Riyadh centre and university pathway programmes. The role combines digital and offline activities to generate leads, raise brand awareness and support student recruitment across the Saudi market.

Key responsibilities

• Execute integrated campaigns across digital, social, email, outdoor and offline channels to meet enrolment targets.
• Manage and grow the localised social media presence, create tailored content, run paid advertising, optimise SEO and keep the website up‑to‑date.
• Collaborate with admissions and sales teams to produce compelling marketing collateral and lead‑nurturing programmes for students, parents and counsellors.
• Plan and represent English Path at recruitment events, education fairs, open days and school visits, building relationships with local counsellors and partners.
• Monitor lead volume, conversion rates and campaign KPIs, analyse market trends and produce regular performance and ROI reports.
• Work closely with global marketing, academic and operations teams and manage external agencies, suppliers and media partners.

Required profile

• Hands‑on attitude with excellent organisational skills and the ability to run multiple campaigns simultaneously.
• Strong digital marketing knowledge and a creative mindset.
• Ability to work collaboratively across functions and with external stakeholders.
• Full‑time, onsite availability in Riyadh.
