Marketing Officer

About the role

Aseel Holding seeks a creative and results‑driven Marketing Officer to join its Riyadh team full‑time. The role focuses on strengthening the corporate brand while managing the marketing of multiple real‑estate projects, each with distinct identities and positioning.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement marketing strategies for the company and individual real‑estate projects.
• Create project‑specific marketing plans, positioning strategies, and branding concepts.
• Manage project launches, campaigns, activations, events, and promotional activities.
• Collaborate with graphic designers and website developers to ensure aligned and timely execution.
• Oversee marketing activities across digital and offline channels.
• Coordinate content creation, advertising campaigns, and social‑media platforms.
• Manage relationships with marketing agencies, suppliers, and external service providers.
• Ensure consistent branding across all platforms, campaigns, and materials.
• Monitor campaign performance, prepare reports, and adjust strategies as needed.
• Conduct market research, track competitors, customer trends, and industry developments.
• Support sales and leasing teams in lead generation and business objectives.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant marketing experience.
• Strong knowledge of the Saudi market and local consumer trends.
• Experience in real‑estate or property development is strongly preferred.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects, priorities, and deadlines.
• Excellent communication, coordination, presentation, and reporting skills.
• Fluent in Arabic and English.
