About the role

We are seeking a Saudi Marketing Specialist to join Khatib & Alami in Riyadh. The role focuses on developing and executing marketing plans to promote real‑estate projects across the Kingdom.

Key responsibilities

• Brainstorm and develop creative marketing campaign ideas.
• Support outbound and inbound marketing activities, including content development, advertising, and event planning.
• Coordinate with external vendors to deliver promotional events and campaigns.
• Collaborate with internal marketing and cross‑functional teams to enhance brand awareness.
• Plan and execute initiatives across channels such as social media, email, and television to reach target audiences.
• Assist in analyzing campaign performance data, conversion rates, and traffic to inform future strategies.
