Marketing Specialist

About the role

We are seeking a creative and analytical Marketing Specialist to join our team in Saudi Arabia. The role involves planning, executing, and monitoring marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels. The successful candidate will collaborate with internal and external partners to drive brand awareness and business growth.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct market research and analyze consumer behavior, preferences, and market trends.
• Develop and implement creative marketing campaigns to promote brands and products.
• Manage and coordinate digital, social media, email, and traditional marketing initiatives.
• Coordinate with advertising agencies, vendors, and event partners to ensure successful campaign execution.
• Monitor and analyze campaign performance and provide data‑driven recommendations.
• Support content creation, creative briefs, and campaign summaries.
• Ensure all marketing activities align with brand guidelines and company vision.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to achieve marketing objectives.
• Maintain confidentiality of marketing data and strategic information.
• Perform other marketing‑related activities as assigned.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, or a related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in marketing or a similar role.
• Fluent in English.
• Experience in campaign management, marketing analytics, or creative content development is preferred.
• Professional certifications in Digital Marketing, Social Media, or Content Marketing are a plus.
