Marketing Specialist (Logistics)

About the role

The Marketing Specialist will join Wosool’s logistics team in Dammam to design and execute marketing campaigns that promote the company’s transportation and supply‑chain services. This full‑time, on‑site position blends market research, digital and offline promotion, and close collaboration with sales and operations.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, launch and monitor digital and offline marketing campaigns to generate leads and boost brand awareness.
• Conduct market research, analyse customer and competitor data, and identify trends.
• Develop marketing strategies aligned with business goals and brand positioning.
• Collaborate with sales and operations teams to create marketing materials and presentations.
• Manage social media accounts and the company’s online presence.
• Support customer engagement activities, events and trade shows.
• Track campaign performance, prepare reports and recommend improvements.

Required profile

• Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present ideas effectively.
• Proficiency in market research and analysis of trends, customer needs and competitor activity.
• Sales and customer‑service orientation to support lead generation and client interactions.
• Ability to develop and implement marketing strategies that align with business objectives.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Experience in transportation, logistics or supply‑chain sectors is a plus.
• Excellent organisational and time‑management abilities, capable of handling multiple projects.
• Comfort with basic digital marketing tools, social media platforms and productivity software.
