Marketing Supervisor

About the role

The Marketing Supervisor crafts and executes marketing strategies to raise the presence and growth of the company and its sub-brands, stimulate sales, strengthen brand value and ensure consistent messaging across all marketing activities. The position is based in Riyadh and is full time.

Key responsibilities

• Develop customized marketing strategies for each sub-brand, aligned with their essence and target audience.
• Create and run campaigns that increase engagement and sales.
• Supervise the marketing team, delegate tasks and provide training.
• Work with sales and product teams to align marketing with business goals.
• Manage budgets and allocate resources efficiently among sub-brands.
• Carry out market research and analyse data to refine strategies and improve customer interaction.
• Protect brand reputation through public relations and proactive handling of customer feedback.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration or a related field.
• 3 years of marketing experience, preferably in e-commerce or retail.
• Demonstrated leadership and experience managing marketing projects or teams.
• Prior experience in a marketing agency is a strong advantage.

Required skills

• Strong organisational and project management skills.
• Fluent English and Arabic with excellent communication skills.
• Experience creating creative content, especially visual and video material.
• Ability to collaborate in a team while working on projects independently.
