Community Manager - Kings League MENA

About the role

Kings League, created and organized by Kosmos, is a global 7-a-side football league with teams chaired by top streamers and content creators, combining football with esports and digital trends. It is looking for a Community Manager for its MENA region, based in Riyadh, to build and run the community around the league.

Key responsibilities

• Define and run community engagement strategies with the Department Director, following HQ guidelines.
• Manage and moderate online communities on social media and competition channels, keeping them safe, positive and engaging.
• Engage fans, streamers and content creators to build loyalty and meaningful connections.
• Create interactive content ideas with the Social Media and Graphic Design teams.
• Work with Commercial, Content, PR and Marketing to keep the brand consistent across community touchpoints.
• Monitor social trends, memes and fan content, and report on community insights and performance with improvement proposals.
• Analyze and benchmark competitor communities in sports and esports.
• Support influencer activations and community campaigns, and contribute to live events and online activations through real-time interaction.

Required profile

• At least 4 years of experience in community or social media management (sports, esports, entertainment or agency).
• Degree in Marketing, Communication, Advertising or a related field.
• Strong written and spoken Spanish and English; Catalan is a plus.
• Passion for football, esports, digital culture and online trends.
• Proven ability to engage, grow and manage large online communities.
