Master Data Officer

About the role

Riyadh Air is looking for a Master Data Officer to ensure the accuracy, reliability and governance of critical master data across its core business processes. You will act as the primary custodian of data in domains such as Source‑to‑Pay, Order‑to‑Cash, Record‑to‑Report, Hire‑to‑Retire and Inventory, supporting smooth operations and informed decision‑making.

Key responsibilities

• Create, maintain and validate master data objects to meet quality and compliance standards.
• Apply validation rules, prevent duplicate records and manage data approvals.
• Collaborate with Finance, Procurement, HR, Operations and IT to resolve data issues and ensure alignment across systems.
• Support data migration, harmonisation and readiness activities for ERP roll‑outs and enhancements.
• Maintain audit trails, support compliance requirements and contribute to continuous‑improvement initiatives.

Required profile

• Degree‑qualified with at least 3 years of experience in master data management or related data operations.
• Strong knowledge of end‑to‑end process domains such as STP, OTC, RTR, HTR or Inventory.
• Experience supporting digital transformation, process mapping and data‑quality improvement projects.
