Materials Head Storekeeper – Saudi Talent

About the role

Rotana Hotels & Resorts is seeking a dynamic Materials Head Storekeeper to oversee the control and distribution of food, beverage, and general store inventory across its Saudi operations. The role combines hands‑on inventory management with adherence to Rotana’s policies, ensuring seamless service to guests and internal teams.

Key responsibilities

• Review daily system‑authorized storeroom requisitions and ensure timely preparation and issuance of items.
• Implement established procedures for receiving, storing, and issuing items to prevent loss, pilferage, and spoilage.
• Maintain strict key‑control procedures for storerooms and report any discrepancies.
• Post issuance quantities instantly in the system and validate any variances or manual corrections.
• Generate purchase requests when stock reaches reorder levels, adhering to min/max thresholds.
• Periodically review and recommend adjustments to min/max stock levels based on menu or consumption changes.

Required profile

• Degree in Hospitality or related field (preferred).
• Experience in stores, purchasing, and receiving, preferably within a hotel environment.
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
• Analytical and pragmatic thinker capable of managing priorities in a fast‑paced setting.
• Proactive, flexible, and able to maintain consistent standards.
