MCC Engineer

About the role

The jobholder shall contribute to ensure an optimal in‑service support maintenance solution, supporting the Maintenance Control Center (MCC) to achieve excellent fleet availability while maintaining the highest quality and safety standards.

Key responsibilities

• Receive and evaluate maintenance tasks from CAMO and manage their execution through the MRO to closure.
• Arrange tools, materials, hangar space and manpower required for both scheduled and unscheduled maintenance.
• Manage AOG situations by coordinating all stakeholders to achieve rapid aircraft recovery.
• Review and evaluate PFRs and plan corrective actions as required.
• Monitor and evaluate MEL/CDL items and plan maintenance actions for their closure.
• Support long‑term and create short‑term plans for aircraft maintenance.
• Create and manage work packages in ERP and hard copies for line/base maintenance.
• Monitor aircraft logbooks and manage any discrepancies.
• Maintain technical records in ERP for the assigned fleet.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering.
• Formal training on the Airbus fleet.
• Minimum four years of experience working in an MCC or a similar environment.
• Strong technical English communication skills for negotiation and documentation.

• Airworthiness ERP systems (M4A, AMOS, SAP).
• Reading and interpretation of aircraft and component manuals.
• Microsoft Office suite.
