Mechanical Maintenance Technician

About the role

Eram Talent is recruiting a Mechanical Maintenance Technician in Al Jubail, working on site in the SDD department. The role keeps mechanical systems running efficiently in industrial settings, covering maintenance, troubleshooting and safety compliance.

Key responsibilities

• Carry out routine mechanical maintenance and repairs on plant machinery and equipment
• Diagnose mechanical failures and repair them to minimise downtime
• Perform preventive maintenance according to schedules and procedures
• Work with engineering teams to improve equipment performance and longevity
• Keep clear and accurate records of all maintenance work
• Ensure compliance with health and safety standards in all maintenance activities
• Take part in continuous improvement initiatives

Required profile

• Technical diploma in Mechanical Engineering or a related field
• At least 3 years of experience as a Mechanical Maintenance Technician in an industrial setting
• Strong understanding of mechanical systems and maintenance best practices
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Good communication skills and ability to work in a team
• Commitment to safety and regulatory compliance

Required skills

• Troubleshooting and repairing mechanical equipment
• Familiarity with hydraulic and pneumatic systems is a plus
