Mechanical Site Engineer

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Mechanical Site Engineer to lead mechanical works on fit‑out projects in Makkah. The role involves supervising on‑site activities, ensuring compliance with design documents, and coordinating with consultants and subcontractors to deliver high‑quality hospitality installations.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise and monitor all mechanical site activities, ensuring they follow approved drawings and specifications.
• Coordinate daily with consultants, subcontractors, and the project management team.
• Review and approve material submittals, shop drawings, and technical documentation.
• Monitor quality, progress, and compliance with project standards and timelines.
• Prepare regular site reports and support overall project planning and execution.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering.
• Valid membership/classification with the Saudi Council of Engineers.
• Minimum 3 years of on‑site experience in fit‑out projects, preferably in hospitality.
• Strong knowledge of plumbing, water supply, and drainage systems.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
