Mechanical Supervisor - Rotatory Maintenance (25 Days)

Eram Talent is looking for an experienced Mechanical Supervisor specializing in rotatory maintenance for a short-term assignment of 25 days. The role involves overseeing and managing maintenance of rotatory equipment at a plant, ensuring efficient operations, minimizing downtime and keeping safety and quality standards.

Required profile

• Minimum 7 years of experience in mechanical supervision with a focus on rotatory maintenance.
• Proven hands-on experience with rotating equipment such as pumps, compressors, fans, blowers, gearboxes and motors.
• Plant environment experience, preferably in oil & gas, power, chemical or similar industries.
• Ability to work efficiently under a 25-day short-term contract and complete maintenance tasks on time.

Required skills

• Preventive and corrective maintenance of rotatory equipment.
• Reading and interpreting P&ID diagrams, maintenance manuals and technical drawings.
• Use of measuring and alignment tools such as dial gauges, laser alignment tools, feeler gauges, micrometers and vernier calipers.
• Leadership and communication skills to manage and coordinate maintenance teams.
• Familiarity with safety regulations and practices for mechanical maintenance.
