About the role

Medtronic is looking for a motivated Medical Sales Representative to join its Structural Heart team in Saudi Arabia. The role focuses on promoting innovative medical technologies to healthcare professionals, building strong relationships, and driving sales growth in the assigned territory.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve quarterly and annual targets within the assigned territory.
• Build and maintain relationships with physicians, nurses, hospital administrators, and other healthcare professionals.
• Maintain in‑depth product knowledge and stay informed about the competitive landscape.
• Identify new business opportunities through market research and trend analysis.
• Conduct product presentations and live demonstrations for healthcare providers.
• Collaborate with marketing to create promotional materials that support sales initiatives.
• Provide regular reports on sales activities, pipeline status, and market intelligence.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in business, life sciences, or a related field.
• 2‑3 years of proven experience in medical sales or a similar role.
• Strong understanding of medical terminology and current healthcare industry trends.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Willingness to travel 50‑70% of the time within the designated territory.
