MEP Manager (Q‑SP)

About the role

Jasara Program Management Company, a joint venture of PIF, Jacobs and Saudi Aramco, is seeking an experienced MEP Manager to lead mechanical, plumbing, district cooling, firefighting and gas services design and delivery across large‑scale projects in Saudi Arabia.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and manage the full design process for all mechanical and plumbing services, including district cooling, firefighting and gas systems, from concept through construction.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, clients, contractors and stakeholders to ensure designs meet local codes, standards and project requirements.
• Conduct design review meetings, provide technical guidance, and resolve design conflicts promptly.
• Maintain comprehensive project documentation, change orders and approvals while ensuring QA/QC compliance.
• Prepare and present design reports, cost analyses and progress updates to stakeholders.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering (minimum 4 years); Master’s degree and chartered registration are desirable.
• At least 10 years of experience in HVAC, plumbing, district cooling, firefighting and gas services design and project management.
• Proven ability to deliver complex projects on time and within budget.
• Strong leadership, communication and problem‑solving skills with the ability to work under pressure.

Required skills

• Design and analysis of mechanical, plumbing, HVAC, district cooling, firefighting and gas systems.
• Proficiency with engineering design software and related tools.
• Knowledge of Saudi Arabian industry standards, codes and regulations.
• Experience coordinating design teams, consultants and multidisciplinary stakeholders.
