META Clinical Application Specialist

About the role

The META Clinical Application Specialist develops and delivers clinical education sessions to customers, advises on optimal clinical procedures, and provides first‑ and second‑line support. The role works under general supervision, applying analytical skills to resolve medium‑complexity requests and participating in customer escalations.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and deliver clinical education sessions adhering to organizational standards and product‑specific training materials.
• Advise customers on implementation of optimal clinical procedures and protocols to maximize equipment effectiveness.
• Provide first and second‑line support to clinical support associate specialists and customers.
• Apply analytical skills to resolve medium‑complexity requests efficiently within defined procedures.
• Participate in customer escalations, complaints and feedback processes, capturing information and managing actions.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams such as product development, quality assurance, and regulatory affairs.
• Maintain deep understanding of Philips products, clinical applications, and industry standards.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the service organization.
