About the role

We are seeking a licensed lawyer to join our Riyadh office on a full‑time, on‑site basis. The successful candidate will provide expert legal counsel, conduct in‑depth research, and manage documentation related to labor and employment matters.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver legal advice on labor and employment law issues.
• Perform comprehensive legal research and draft memoranda.
• Prepare, review, and negotiate contracts and other legal documents.
• Represent clients in legal and arbitration proceedings.
• Collaborate with clients and internal teams to ensure regulatory compliance and mitigate risks.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of professional experience in labor and employment law.
• Licensed to practice law in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Law or a related field.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Arabic; English proficiency is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment.
