Microsoft365 & Azure Cloud Administrator

About the role

Jawraa, a leading digital transformation partner in Saudi Arabia, is seeking a skilled Microsoft365 & Azure Cloud Administrator. The role focuses on managing and securing Microsoft 365 services and Azure cloud resources to support enterprise‑grade operations.

Key responsibilities

• Administer Microsoft 365 services (Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, Teams, Entra ID) and manage users, groups, licenses, and permissions.
• Configure MFA, Conditional Access, and identity protection policies; monitor service health and resolve incidents.
• Support Microsoft Defender, Purview, DLP, and Secure Score initiatives.
• Perform user onboarding/off‑boarding, access reviews, and audit activities for compliance reporting.
• Manage Azure resources including VMs, networking, storage, resource groups, and subscriptions.
• Implement Azure security controls (NSGs, Defender for Cloud, Key Vault) and monitor services with Azure Monitor, Log Analytics, and alerts.
• Support backup, disaster recovery, and business continuity using Azure‑native tools.
• Apply cost‑management best practices and enable hybrid integration with on‑premises AD.

Required profile

• 3–7 years of experience in Microsoft 365 and/or Azure administration.
• Experience in enterprise or regulated environments is preferred.
• Saudi national (position open to Saudi nationals only).
