Mobile App Engineer - Team Lead

About the role

We are seeking a versatile and results‑driven Senior Software Engineer who is ready to step into a Team Lead role to design, develop, and deliver robust, scalable, and innovative solutions across the full technology stack. The ideal candidate possesses deep expertise in both front‑end and back‑end development, coupled with proficiency in database design and administration, and a solid understanding of modern software architecture.

Key responsibilities

• Lead a team of software engineers through the full software development lifecycle, from planning to maintenance.
• Architect and develop scalable, reliable, and secure systems using modern technologies and frameworks.
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Enforce coding standards, conduct code reviews, and ensure adherence to engineering best practices.
• Implement DevOps strategies, including CI/CD, monitoring, and cloud deployments, and optimise system performance.

Required skills

• Programming languages: Python, Dart (Flutter), PHP, JavaScript, TypeScript, Node.js, React.js, HTML5, CSS3, Bootstrap, Tailwind, Google Apps Script.
• Blockchain: Solidity for smart contract development.
• Microservices architecture with REST/gRPC, Kafka, RabbitMQ.
• Databases: MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Couchbase, Firebase Firestore, Neo4j; caching: Redis, Memcache.
• DevOps: Linux server administration, GitHub Actions for CI/CD, ITIL, SDLC.
