Mobile Application Developer

About the role

The Mobile Application Developer will join Shared Technology Services to design, build, and maintain mobile solutions for government products. Working closely with senior developers, you will translate business requirements into functional mobile components while adhering to coding standards, security policies, and documentation guidelines.

Key responsibilities

• Understand and clarify business and technical mobile requirements with stakeholders.
• Develop and enhance mobile features using approved platforms such as Flutter, native iOS, or native Android.
• Implement UI screens and flows in line with UX/UI designs, ensuring responsiveness across devices.
• Integrate mobile components with APIs, backend services, identity services, and other internal systems.
• Analyze and resolve defects, crashes, and performance issues under senior guidance.
• Produce clean, maintainable code and participate in peer‑review and refactoring activities.
• Support release preparation, create release notes, and assist with post‑release issue resolution.
• Document technical decisions, implementation details, and knowledge transfers.
