About the role
Cognizant is seeking a Mobile Developer to design, build, and maintain scalable mobile applications for both Android and iOS platforms.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and maintain scalable mobile applications.
- Integrate APIs, third‑party SDKs, and cloud services.
- Optimize application performance, security, and reliability.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams throughout the development lifecycle.
- Publish and maintain apps on Google Play Store and Apple App Store.
Required skills
- Android development with Kotlin/Java.
- iOS development with Swift/Objective‑C.
- Cross‑platform frameworks: React Native and/or Flutter.
- REST APIs and JSON integration.
- Firebase services (Authentication, Notifications, Analytics).
- Version control with Git/GitHub and mobile app deployment.
- Experience with GraphQL, CI/CD for mobile apps, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
- Mobile testing & automation, push notifications, and mobile security.
