Mobile Engineer

About the role

We are seeking a motivated Mobile Engineer to design, develop, and maintain high-quality Android and/or iOS applications. The role involves close collaboration with product managers, designers, backend developers, and QA teams to deliver intuitive and scalable mobile solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, test and maintain mobile applications for Android and/or iOS platforms.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Write clean, maintainable code following industry best practices.
• Integrate applications with RESTful APIs and backend services.
• Debug, troubleshoot and resolve defects and performance issues.
• Participate in code reviews and help improve development standards.
• Optimize apps for speed, scalability, security and user experience.
• Support deployment to Google Play Store and Apple App Store.
• Stay current with emerging mobile frameworks, tools and technologies.

Required profile

• 1–3 years of professional experience in mobile application development.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment and communicate technical concepts.
• Passion for delivering high-quality, user-centric mobile solutions.

Required skills

• Android development with Kotlin or Java.
• iOS development with Swift.
• Cross-platform frameworks such as Flutter or React Native.
• Understanding of mobile architecture patterns (MVVM, MVC, Clean Architecture).
• Experience integrating RESTful APIs and handling JSON data.
• Version control using Git.
• Knowledge of mobile UI/UX design principles and responsive layouts.
• Debugging and performance optimization.
• Secure mobile development practices.
• Local storage solutions (SQLite, Room, Core Data, Shared Preferences).
