نبذة عن الوظيفة
تسعى الشركة إلى تعزيز حضورها في السوق من خلال توظيف موظف/ـة يتمتع بمهارات التسويق والمبيعات وخدمة العملاء. الدور يتطلب القدرة على بناء علاقات قوية مع العملاء وتلبية احتياجاتهم بفعالية.
المهام الرئيسية
- التسويق لخدمات الشركة وتطوير العلاقات مع العملاء.
- خدمة العملاء والرد على الاستفسارات ومتابعة الطلبات.
- تنفيذ ومتابعة الأعمال الإدارية والتشغيلية ذات العلاقة.
- أداء أي مهام أخرى تُكلف من قبل الإدارة وفق متطلبات العمل.
الملف المطلوب
- مهارات تواصل ممتازة.
- إجادة اللغة الإنجليزية.
- القدرة على العمل ضمن فريق.
- تحمل ضغط العمل وحسن إدارة الوقت.
- إجادة استخدام الحاسب الآلي وبرامج الأوفيس.
المهارات المطلوبة
- الإنقليزية (إجادة اللغة).
- Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
