Nail Technician

About the role

FAENA The Red Sea is building elevated wellness and beauty experiences within a luxury hotel environment. We are looking for a talented and passionate Nail Technician to join our spa and wellness team, delivering professional manicure and pedicure services while creating a relaxing, personalised guest experience.

Key responsibilities

• Provide professional manicure and pedicure services, including nail shaping, cuticle care, polishing and specialised treatments.
• Perform nail enhancements such as gel applications and luxury nail art in line with spa standards.
• Maintain strict hygiene by sterilising tools, equipment and workstations according to safety regulations.
• Keep the treatment area clean, organised and fully prepared at all times.
• Assess guest needs, recommend appropriate treatments and after‑care products, and support retail initiatives.
• Manage appointment schedules efficiently while respecting treatment timings and guest experience standards.
• Collaborate closely with the spa and wellness team to enhance the overall guest journey.

Required profile

• Previous experience as a Nail Technician in a luxury spa, wellness resort or upscale salon (preferred).
• Certification in nail technology, manicure and pedicure treatments.
• Strong knowledge of current nail trends, techniques and hygiene standards.
• Excellent communication and guest‑focused interpersonal skills.
• Fluent English; additional languages are a plus.
