National Head of Sales – Automotive (Saudi Arabia)

About the role

Al Ghurair Giga is expanding its newest division, Arabian Frontier Company – MHERO & VOYAH, in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. The National Head of Sales will lead the company’s automotive sales across the country, shaping strategy, driving growth and ensuring a high‑performance culture.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement a national sales strategy to exceed targets and increase market share across all regions, segments and channels.
• Lead, mentor and manage a multi‑regional sales team, set KPIs, monitor performance and drive continuous improvement.
• Oversee daily sales operations, including performance tracking, inventory optimisation, dealership support and resolution of customer escalations.
• Build and maintain strategic relationships with OEMs, dealers, distributors and key corporate customers.
• Align sales activities with marketing and after‑sales programmes, manage pricing, budgeting, forecasting and ensure compliance with policies and regulations.

Required profile

• 10–15 years of progressive automotive sales experience, preferably in passenger cars.
• At least 5 years in a senior leadership role managing large, multi‑location networks or national sales operations.
• Deep knowledge of the Saudi Arabian automotive market, consumer behaviour and regulatory environment.
• Proven ability to coach and motivate cross‑regional teams and deliver results.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
