Job description
About the role

- Saudi national hiring: source, screen and recruit Saudi talent, build a pipeline, propose retention programmes such as university and graduate partnerships, and partner with hiring managers on workforce planning.
- Candidate tracking in the Applicant Tracking System, support wider Talent Acquisition and HR projects, and act as culture ambassador for the Saudi team.
