Senior Management Consultant

About the role

Khibraty is recruiting a seasoned management senior consultant to join its client's consulting team in Saudi Arabia. The consultant plays an important role in developing business and delivering projects to high-profile clients, providing insights that help improve organizations and develop and optimize talent.

Key responsibilities

• Facilitate and attend client meetings to source business opportunities
• Offer strategic and practical solutions to client problems
• Conduct research to establish ideal solutions for the client's business
• Present findings to the client in a concise and clear manner
• Identify opportunities for improved processes and contribute to the creation of deliverables
• Lead the day-to-day execution of a client project and assist in practice and solution development
• Manage client relationships on projects and ensure positive, sustainable results
• Assess the depth required, turn analysis into useful findings and quality assure the results
• Take ownership of the overall project and delivery as committed to the client

Required profile

• Master's degree, CIIPD or equivalent qualification in management, such as PMP
• 10 years of experience, including at least five years in consulting services at a reputable firm
• Exposure in at least two disciplines such as strategy articulation, organizational development, reward or process improvement
• Fluent in both Arabic and English, orally and in writing
