Naval Operations Instructor (RSNF)

About the role

The RSNF Naval OPS Instructor will deliver comprehensive training to Royal Saudi Naval Forces personnel on surface operations, damage control, and electronic warfare. Based in Jubail, the role involves both classroom instruction and on‑the‑job training using RSNF facilities and materials.

Key responsibilities

• Provide managerial and instructional services for surface operations, maintenance, and damage control training.
• Analyze and update training schedules, delivery methods, and standards to ensure relevance.
• Prepare and present reports, studies, briefings, and point papers with recommendations for training improvements.
• Deliver basic and advanced courses covering topics such as Electronic Warfare, Quartermaster Advanced Training, Navigation Officer Training, Search and Rescue, and Combat Information Center operations.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree.
• 5‑8 years of relevant experience.
• Minimum five years of experience instructing students in military programs and certification as a military training specialist.
• Professional knowledge of Navy Training Management theories, policies, and procedures.
• Saudi citizenship.
• Preferred: Formal RSNF Naval Officer with at least six years of onboard naval operations experience.
