Network Engineer

About the role

We are seeking a Network Engineer to support and maintain our company’s network, server and cloud infrastructure across headquarters, branches, factories and warehouses. The role ensures secure, reliable connectivity while integrating on‑premises systems with Microsoft Azure services.

Key responsibilities

• Configure, monitor and troubleshoot routers, switches, firewalls, wireless networks, VPNs and internet connectivity.
• Maintain LAN/WAN performance, secure site‑to‑site links and Azure virtual networks, including VPN Gateway and hybrid infrastructure.
• Support Windows Server, Active Directory, DNS, DHCP and virtualization platforms such as VMware or Hyper‑V.
• Implement network security measures, firewall policies, MFA and access controls, and perform infrastructure monitoring.
• Carry out backups, patching, preventive maintenance and disaster‑recovery testing, while keeping technical documentation and network diagrams up to date.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Network Engineering or a related field.
• 3‑5 years of experience in IT infrastructure, networking, systems administration or technical support.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem‑solving abilities with good communication skills in Arabic and English.
