Technology Internal Auditor

About the role

The Technology Internal Auditor supports the implementation of technology audit plans and processes, assisting senior auditors in delivering high‑quality audit work. Working under guidance, the role contributes to assessing operational and risk areas across technology, network and AI‑based systems.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in executing audit plans and projects within the approved annual audit schedule, following internal audit standards.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to gather data, help scope audit engagements and assess operational and risk areas.
• Participate in fieldwork, prepare working papers and documentation that meet quality standards.
• Perform analyses and testing of internal controls, processes and systems to identify weaknesses and suggest improvements.
• Help draft audit reports summarising findings, risks and recommendations for management review.
• Support monitoring of corrective action implementation and report any delays or non‑compliance.
• Contribute to the development of audit tools, templates and methodologies.
• Assist in delivering awareness sessions on audit processes and control measures.

Required profile

• 0–2 years of experience in internal audit, preferably within the telecommunications industry.
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or Computer Science.
• Relevant certifications are a plus.
