Network Security SME Lead

About the role

Accenture Security is looking for a Network Security SME Lead to own the day‑to‑day operation and support of its network security services. You will ensure the secure and reliable functioning of the company’s network infrastructure and threat‑management solutions across on‑premise and cloud environments.

Key responsibilities

• Implement, operate, and design enterprise network security solutions such as firewalls, WAF, API security, DDoS protection, IPS, mail gateways, proxies and NAC.
• Provide technical and operational leadership to teams managing firewalls, web‑application security, sandboxing and threat detection.
• Identify security gaps, drive optimisation and ensure continuous improvement of security controls.
• Maintain platform patching, upgrades and compliance with vendor and organisational standards.
• Support security architecture decisions, audits, compliance activities and service reporting, acting as an escalation point for stakeholders.

Required profile

• Strong operational experience in network security domains and information security.
• Proven track record leading network security operations teams in complex enterprise environments.
• Relevant security certifications (e.g., CISSP, CISM, CCNP Security, NSE4, NSE7) are a plus.
• Excellent leadership, problem‑solving and communication skills.
