New Site Build Towerco Implementation Manager

About the role

Capgemini Engineering is looking for a Towerco Implementation Manager to lead the end‑to‑end delivery of new mobile telecom sites under Towerco frameworks. Based in Al‑Khobar, the role involves planning, civil works, tower erection and final hand‑over across multiple locations in Saudi Arabia.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full lifecycle of build‑to‑suit site deployments, from initial planning through to tower installation and site acceptance.
• Ensure strict compliance with TAWAL procedures and standards; Mobily experience is a plus.
• Oversee civil infrastructure works including foundations, power, fencing and site readiness.
• Coordinate contractors, vendors and internal teams to meet project schedules.
• Conduct periodic stakeholder meetings, provide status reports and risk assessments.
• Resolve field issues, enforce quality and safety standards, and drive on‑time delivery.
• Support final inspections, hand‑overs and acceptance processes.

Required profile

• Based in Al‑Khobar with willingness to travel to site locations across the region.
• Proven experience in mobile telecom new‑site construction (build‑to‑suit) covering all phases.
• Strong knowledge of Towerco standards, especially TAWAL; Mobily experience is advantageous.
• Hands‑on experience with civil infrastructure follow‑up such as foundations, trenching and grounding.
• Demonstrated ability to manage site‑level and regional activities, stakeholder meetings and periodic reporting.
