Occupational Health Nurse – Saudi Arabia

About the role

Nesma Infrastructure & Technology is seeking a qualified Occupational Health Nurse to support the health, safety and well‑being of employees across multiple project sites in Saudi Arabia. The role focuses on delivering first‑aid, medical surveillance and wellness initiatives in an industrial environment.

Key responsibilities

• Provide first aid and emergency medical care for workplace injuries and illnesses.
• Conduct health assessments, fitness‑for‑duty evaluations and ongoing medical surveillance.
• Maintain confidential employee medical records.
• Coordinate vaccinations, health screenings and occupational health programmes.
• Promote employee wellness through health‑awareness campaigns.
• Monitor workplace health risks and assist in incident investigations.
• Ensure first‑aid facilities, medical equipment and supplies are fully maintained.
• Prepare occupational health reports and support ISO 45001 compliance.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing.
• Valid Saudi Commission for Health Specialties (SCFHS) registration and professional classification.
• Valid Basic Life Support (BLS) certification (ACLS is an advantage).
• 1–5 years nursing experience, with at least 2 years in occupational health, industrial, construction, manufacturing or corporate healthcare.
• Knowledge of occupational health practices, emergency response and Saudi health regulations.
• Strong communication, documentation and teamwork abilities.

Required skills

• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
• Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) – preferred
• Familiarity with ISO 45001 Occupational Health & Safety Management System
• Medical surveillance and health‑risk monitoring
