Occupational Therapist – Pediatric Rehabilitation

About the role

The Occupational Therapist will join a multidisciplinary pediatric clinic in Dammam, providing assessment and therapeutic services to children with developmental, neurological and learning challenges. This full‑time, on‑site position focuses on delivering evidence‑based interventions that enhance functional independence and daily participation.

Key responsibilities

• Assess children using standardized tools to identify developmental and functional needs.
• Develop individualized treatment plans, incorporating sensory integration and fine‑motor therapy.
• Deliver evidence‑based occupational therapy interventions to promote independence.
• Collaborate with speech therapists, physiotherapists, psychologists and educators to ensure coordinated care.
• Educate and coach parents and caregivers on home‑based strategies.
• Document clinical progress and contribute to individualized education programs.

Required profile

• Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited institution.
• Current licensure or eligibility for licensure in Saudi Arabia.
• Strong knowledge of pediatric developmental, neurological and learning disorders.
• Excellent communication skills for interaction with families and multidisciplinary teams.
• Commitment to professional standards, ethics and ongoing development.
