Odoo Techno-Functional Consultant

About the role

Flint Consulting Ltd is seeking an experienced Odoo Techno-Functional Consultant to join its Riyadh office. You will bridge business needs and technical solutions, delivering end‑to‑end Odoo ERP implementations and customizations.

Key responsibilities

• Gather and analyse business requirements from stakeholders.
• Design, develop, and deploy custom Odoo modules using Python.
• Integrate Odoo with third‑party systems and ensure seamless data flow.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues throughout the project lifecycle.
• Lead Odoo implementation projects, including configuration, testing, and user training.
• Produce clear documentation and technical specifications.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Software Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 7 years of professional experience in Odoo development, implementation, and consulting.
• Proven ability to work directly with business users and senior stakeholders.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving and communication skills.
• Currently based in Riyadh; GCC experience is a plus.
