About the role
The Office Administrator provides comprehensive office and administrative support to ensure smooth daily operations. This position is the first point of contact for visitors, manages the supervisor’s calendar, and handles correspondence with professionalism and efficiency.
Key responsibilities
- Maintain a professional demeanor while delivering excellent customer service to internal and external stakeholders.
- Serve as the primary contact for visitors, manage access, and keep accurate logs of appointments and meetings.
- Manage the direct supervisor’s calendar, schedule appointments, and provide daily reminders.
- Receive, distribute, record, and file all correspondence, calls, and inquiries confidentially.
- Prepare, screen, and organize documents for review and signature, tracking required actions.
- Coordinate mail, courier services, and maintain delivery records.
- Collect, compile, and analyze data; prepare reports, presentations, and memos.
- Support Health, Safety & Environment initiatives and report incidents according to company policies.
- Perform additional administrative duties as assigned.
Required profile
- Strong knowledge of office administration and administrative procedures.
- Understanding of delegation of authority and related compliance requirements.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
